When subscribing, all information — subscription duration, amount, renewal date, cancellation terms — is presented to you before payment confirmation, then sent by email.

If a charge surprises you

• Find the subscription confirmation email in your inbox (check spam too).
• Visit the "My subscription" page to see the next renewal date.
• If you want to stop the subscription, use the cancellation center: you keep access until the end of the current cycle.
